Shipping Guidelines
All of our shipping rates are calculated per weight and shown on the shopping cart. All of the rates are shown so that you can compare and pick the one that best suits your needs. You may select your own shipping method for most products. Free Shipping promotion uses Standard Shipping only and not all items qualify for free shipping.
Shipping of Live Plants
In order for your plants to arrive safely. All plants are shipped Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure you receive your plant with out a day or two of layover in transit. Any exceptions will have to be made in advance. All other products are shipped everyday except for weekend and holidays. Please note the processing time may be different for each item, please check the availability section in item detail for more information.
Arrival Date
Your order requires processing time and shipping time. The processing time may be different for each item. The shipping time is based on the method of shipment you choose. To calculate the estimated arrival date, add the processing time and the shipping time, and remember to skip weekends and holidays.
For example, If you place your order on Tuesday, and choose Standard Shipping (3-5 days) for an item with a 2 day processing time, your order should arrive in 5-7 business days (by the following Thursday).
We offers a variety of shipping options. Your shipping choices will depend on the item or items in your order.
International / PO Box / APO / FPO Address
We will not be able to ship to international address, po box, apo / fpo address at this time due to the perishable nature of many of our products. We currently only ship to within the contiguous United States.
Incorrect Address & Unclaim Package
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returned packages due to incorrect current addresses will be subject to additional shipping surcharges. We will not be responsible for any damage plants due to unclaim packages.
